Not only did @Apple crack my screen during a repair, they literally broke the connections on my logic board and my computer won’t even turn on. I’ll be with no computer for weeks to simply change a fan. I’m at my wits with @AppleSupport. Do the right thing and make this right.

After replacing the logic board on my 2015 27” iMac twice, @AppleSupport tells me it’s simply a fan issue and not the logic board. However they won’t replace the fan ($50 part) and I should simply upgrade to a new @Apple computer since mine is “vintage”. Any alternatives to try?
Please tell how @apple doesn’t have a replacement fan for a 5 year old iMac? I drop $2,500 on a computer, $600 to replace the logic board and you don’t have $50 fan available to cool the most important part of the computer. Makes sense.
