I was joined by the APM Governorship Candidate in Oyo State, Hon. Bimbo Adekanmbi, and other party leaders and stakeholders to welcome over 2,000 former members and supporters of the All Progressives Congress (APC), led by former Local Government Chairman, Bimbo Adepoju, into the Allied Peoples Movement (APM). The arrival of over 2,000 new members represents a significant addition to the APM's grassroots base in Ibarapa East and further demonstrates the party's growing presence and expanding political structure across Eruwa, Lanlate and neighbouring communities. Beyond the political realignment, we also extended financial support to over 50 artisan groups drawn from Eruwa and Lanlate, 50 former Local Government Executive Council members and 18 former ward executive members. This initiative was to appreciate our grassroots political structures while supporting artisans and other groups whose contributions remain vital to the economic and social development of our communities. I appreciate Hon. Bimbo Adekanmbi and other party leaders for their presence and engagement with stakeholders across Ibarapa East. Our focus remains on building bridges, supporting our people and ensuring that their aspirations remain central to our collective engagements. – at Ibadan, Nigeria
