Diddy is a natural born leader. Instead of sitting down and doing his time; he tries to run the prison. He can't help himself; if there is a hierarchical structure, he will do everything it takes to get to the top. So much so that he is getting into fights with Jamaican drug warlords. He would rather self-destruct than be underneath anyone or take orders. People will try and dismiss it; "oh it's just the money". The reason Diddy has money is because he's a natural born leader. Being as young as he was and convincing industry veterans on his vision of music, isn't dumb luck.
