March 14, 2025 Dear President Trump, Please help me wish my daughter, Amelia Rebecca Tuller, a joyful and blessed 20th birthday! Amelia is a beautiful young woman with special needs, and today she turns 20. She deserves all her family — including her father — to be part of her life. From 2017 to 2019, I had primary custody of Amelia, when she was just 11 to 13 years old, at the request of her mother and stepfather in 2016. But then the worst possible false accusations were made against me — completely unfounded, never proven, and never leading to any criminal charges. Because of those false claims, I have been alienated from my daughter for years through unjust rulings by Friend of the Court in Eaton County, MI, and Genesee County Probate Court. To make matters worse: • I was blocked from any contact with Amelia for nearly 10 months before even being allowed limited counseling. • After only two short counseling sessions right before the pandemic, I was cut off again — permanently. • No charges, no due process, no fair trial — only separation from my daughter without cause. And recently, I discovered something even more shocking: A hidden document from the Friend of the Court — which I was never shown — where the court-appointed counselor had actually recommended that Amelia and I share 50/50 custody. That recommendation, which would have allowed me to be a father to my daughter, was ignored and covered up. President Trump, as a father and grandfather, I know you understand how important it is for children to have both parents. Our family court system is broken — false accusations, ignored expert recommendations, and outright suppression of evidence are destroying families like mine across America. Today, on Amelia’s 20th birthday, my heart is broken to still be kept away from her life. I pray for a chance to be her father again, to be her guardian, to help fight her special needs and to heal what has been stolen from us. Mr. President, please help shine a light on this injustice — for Amelia, for me, and for the thousands of families torn apart by parental alienation, false accusations, and corruption in our family courts.
