Just bought a changeable standard class return* train ticket from Newcastle to London (250 miles). It cost £385 !!
I can get an equivalent return ticket from PARIS to BERLIN (655 miles) for just £164.
Oh, and Paris to Venice return for about £90.

At the last election, @mariacaulfield promised residents that there would be a new hospital in #Eastbourne. It is now clear that this was just another empty promise. Four years later the NHS is on its knees with residents unable to even see their GP.
