Detectives arrested 16yo suspect, Keith Jones Jr., of west Baltimore, this morning.
Chief says, “suspect was known to victims.”
Chief Robert McCullough says suspect, who will be charged as an adult, was dating 15yo Giovanna Myrie. Chief did not provide a motive for the shooting, but said her brother, 9yo Steve Allen, may have been shot “because he was a witness to whatever transpired.”@FOXBaltimore
