Lovely warm welcome this morning from @KeighleyCouncil and staff @KeighleyLibrary chatting about the upcoming literature festival.

Huge Thank You #Libraries for your support!😊📚 Here’s a list of my top ten most borrowed books from libraries: 1. Save Us - A lovely rescue story addressing plastic pollution. 2. Felicity Fly in the Garden - A story that explores friendship, empathy, kindness, pollination, and the life cycle of butterflies. 3. Roo & Sarge to the Rescue - A story about adoption, teamwork, and the values of friendship and kindness. 4. Share Some Secrets - A book that empowers young children to speak out against abuse. 5. Monah Lott - A story that tackles the issue of bullying. 6. Believe in Magic - A magical story that teaches children about the history of their local area. 7. Welcome to the World of Felicity Fly - A story that helps address common fears. 8. Felicity Fly Meets Veronica Vac - A focus on the importance of teamwork. 9. Felicity Fly Meets the Dragon Fruit & Friends - A continuation of Felicity's adventures. 10. Triangular Trev & The Shape Idols – A lively journey into mathematical terminology, where music and instruments come together to make learning fun and engaging! In case you didn’t know, every time one of my books is checked out from a library, I receive a small payment. In the UK, these Public Lending Right (PLR) payments for authors and illustrators are sourced from a government fund managed by the British Library. (The money is not taken directly from library budgets) This just proves that, even after thirteen years since some of my books were published, they continue to be popular with children and families. This list isn't exhaustive. If you would like to buy any of my titles, they are available at all excellent bookshops online, or my own bookshop link here: christinagabbitas.com/books/ #libraries @Go_All_In_2026 #NationalYearOfReading2026
