Although you’re too under educated to understand all of the benefits the SPS provide over the RCMP, the biggest is the RCMP were grossly understaffed in Surrey and incapable of recruiting. Oh and that reality is still true with the RCMP still grossly under staffed everywhere

Really?Then why was her second year 14% tax increase ear marked solely on consultants, reports, and a judicial review? The SPS did not create costs to the city, Locke gave millions in extra funding to Surrey RCMP because they were over budget due to OT their lack of staff created
