Why did it take so long (approx 15 weeks) to appoint a manager and what about his contract surely he gets sorted first you look at other clubs and they had somebody ready to come in almost straight away (Derry and Waterford) 6

And I know I must have been one of the hardest Managers to please. I always wanted more than you had to give. We had many "discussions" but with you the survival of the Club always came first and many times you had to say no to me when you wanted to say yes.Your mantra to mewas

Joe, nobody really knows the mess you took over, me included.Without you there would be no Shels and people need to recognise that. Did you get stuff wrong - yes you did, like all of us. I had the honour to manage this great club twice, once in times of plenty 1/2
