The buyer’s bank has confirmed that the $2,250 payment was authorized and legitimate\. My Dashboard currently shows a remaining available balance, but payouts are disabled

These were legitimate transactions, yet the refunds reduced my Stripe balance\. One of the payments is a legitimate $2,250 payment for the acquisition of my product, Supasync\. The payment shows as “Succeeded\.”

@stripe I need help escalating an unresolved account/balance issue. My account was restricted, and Stripe refunded multiple payments to customers who had not requested refunds or disputed their payments.
