On Christmas morning The Plague NFT gave to me.... Equity (shares) in their company! Yes, you read that right. Real shares, in our company. Every Frog NFT holder as of 10 minutes ago will be allocated a percentage of shares based on the number of unlisted frogs they are holding. There will be multipliers to that percentage based on the following (and more): ✅Snapshots that have been taken since 2022 ✅My special allocation to Frogs that have gone above and beyond for The Plague ✅Team Member allocation ✅PFP usage You do not have to do anything to receive these shares. Just hold your frog until they are vested. We will have a staking mechanism to lock in the vesting period and assign shares. That will come later. For now we are in the process of changing from an LLC to a C-Corp and organizing everything to execute this process. I am still retaining the majority of the company myself as to not risk execution of our mission. Additionally there is no guarantee that future distributions like this will happen again. This was a gift. Why? How? What percentage? What is the company valuation? How long is the vesting period? I will answer those questions later. For now I am going to go enjoy Christmas.... and you should too! P.S. Yes it is legal. I did not sell them. You had no expectation of receiving them when you bought your frog. They are a gift. P.S.S. I consulted with multiple lawyers on the subject.

We minted @ThePlagueNFT for $100 (0.032 ETH at the time) We gave away 300 OG mints for free We have given away hundreds of thousands of dollars in $USD, $ETH & NFTs to people and to charity. We have paid for life saving surgery for one of our original frogs (frog before the frogs). We helped pay for our artist (from India) to be able to get his Masters (in the UK). We have decentralized opportunity in many other ways as well But... some still don't believe. What a shame... They won't be here for The Exodus

Good morning For @ThePlagueNFT Frog NFT holders There is a very special surprise coming but only for certain individuals (holders who meet certain requirements) who have frogs that are not currently listed. This surprise may or may not recur, and delisting will make you eligible for future surprises, should they occur. We have never used the phrase "delist your frogs" and we encourage anyone who wants/needs to sell their frog to leave it listed. It could cause potential issues if/when the surprise drops and then a listed frog sells right after. The surprise may/or may not fall between now and December 26th, 2023. Please note that by “surprise” I am not necessarily promising you anything that has a financial value, this is a leap(frog) of faith situation.

Last night I revoked access to the contract for $FRG No tax can ever be added, and no more $FRG can ever be minted. It is truly a decentralized token. Now... to the utility and to the memes. Note: The only way to get $FRG is through buying a frog NFT and staking it or by finding it on the secondary market.
