@HSBC_UK is it possible to speak to a real person about a business issue?! Have visited branch, emailed twice, tried online chat assistant, tried online chat agent, tried telephone banking twice, the last time on hold 30mins waiting to get to the relevant department but cut off?

@HSBC_UK do you have any local business advisors any more? I visited branch and was told they only handle consumer accounts not commercial accounts. How do I make an appointment or talk with a real person about commercial banking? Please don’t recommend your telephone banking!
