Small businesses — check your @RoyalMail surcharges.
I’ve incorrect charges applied, evidence ignored, and no proper review.
If this has happened to you, reply with evidence👇
This could be a much bigger issue.
@MoneySavingExp @BBCNews @guardian @Telegraph @DailyMailUK @GBNEWS
@BBCWatchdog are you guys interested in a story about how @PayPalUK is “adjusting” sellers past accounts with no email comms or disputes being raised by customers? To make matters worse PayPal’s customer service refuses to provide information as to why they…
… reverse past transactions into their own pocket. Just quotes it’s with a specialist team and happening to loads of sellers but they don’t know why. Because of how it’s done everyone should check their PayPal’s transactions and raise a formal complaint…
Anyone interested in covering a story on how @tiktok_uk bans UK sellers and withholds their money on orders dispatched because their AI decided so with no way of appealing the decision or talk to a human? @BBCNews @Telegraph @DailyMail @TechCrunch @MartinSLewis #tiktokscam
… to pay out money they are holding for orders we already shipped! How can it be acceptable that a marketplace platform in the U.K. can just ignore evidence of the contrary to what their automation decided and illegally withhold money that belongs to its sellers???
@CitizensAdvice any help you can offer with @tiktok_uk illegally with holding our money and having banned us for allegedly selling counterfeit products but refusing to review the invoices confirming they are authentic??? We are too small to take them to court 😿
So @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMailGroup is saying that a box with an ECT rating of 44 is not sufficient to claim for damages to non fragile items in their network. So what would be a titanium box? Clearly one of your guys drove over my box with a van. 🤷🏻♂️ (photo from brand new box)
