I've been living and breathing this project, so really pleased to see it go live today. If you work in #ukhousing make sure you take look!
Heartwarming Homes is live! 🎉
Developed in partnership with @placeshapers & @tpasengland with input from residents & housing colleagues, this new FREE toolkit will support social landlords to communicate with residents about energy efficiency upgrades.

Really looking forward to this! I'm presenting alongside James Temple from the Tenant Advisory Group. It's also going to be an interactive session so will be great to get the audience involved and find out their views. See you soon @tpasengland.
The NHC's @Kathy_YH is speaking tomorrow at @tpasengland National Tenant Conference on a workshop looking at resident engagement in energy efficiency improvements.
Kathy will be discussing the Cross Sector Net Zero Communications project with @placeshapers & @tpasengland.
Great to be involved in this session at the @placeshapers conference yesterday. I spoke about the comms project i'm working on and why getting tenant #NetZero comms right needs to be a priority. Good to hear more about some of the challenges providers have with retrofit too!
Get the comms right, tenants tell us on net zero.
The right language; Warmer, heathier homes not fuel poverty!
The right people; All staff.
The right way; Not everyone loves digital!
Collaborate/don't duplicate - key message from #PlaceShapers2022 to Keep the Green Dream Real.
Looking forward to working more with @placeshapers, thanks for the invite to the comms network @JoCharltonLDN! Great to meet people and find out more about what you do.
For anyone who's interested the great community space I'd spotted and mentioned at the @placeshapers meeting was the @global_gen Story Garden.
Enjoyed my first #COMMSCAMPNORTH. I loved the format, meeting people and of course the 🍰. Reckon I’ll be back 😊
Looks interesting @HannahJowett @amitjoshi82
