As I reflect on the concept of Freedom, I think about how it will continue to power our country for the next 250 years and beyond. And then, my mind connects to how that intersects with the six pillars of our facade at 11 Wall Street at @NYSE.
The first pillar of freedom in my mind that we stand for is Freedom of Speech.
Free markets only work when free speech works alongside them: the ability to convene, challenge, and ask hard questions is not a distraction from American enterprise, it is the foundation of it.
