‘Deeds not words’ is N’s new Grosvenor house motto @kingschester @KSCHouses. He certainly showed this at our event at his judo club @ChesterJudo today with refereeing, manning the score board, helping in the tuck shop and assisting the junior competitors.
Amazing masterclass @ChesterJudo with TeamGB Olympian and 3 times Grand Slam winner @RenshallLucy this evening. What a fantastic experience for N @KSCSport1
I’d call that a fair trade - one donation of O neg neo_rr 🩸 for biscuits @GiveBloodNHS
First time back on the mat in competition this weekend for N and a bronze at Samurai Judo’s NHS charity event in Kidderminster. Good to be back competing for @ChesterJudo. Next comp 2 weeks time! @KSCSport1
First attempt @KitchenSanc2ary creamy chicken pie. Pretty pleased with the outcome and clean plates all round 😋. Lost count of how many of the recipes I’ve already tried from their website - a fab resource!
