@UberUKsupport Never in my life have I experienced such abysmal customer service! Passed from one department to another regarding a failed delivery and not a single person is capable of helping. How do you make a formal complaint?

I find it astonishing that you don’t have a complaints department, where customers can put in a formal complaint! All I’m asking for is an email address for somebody senior. Why is it so impossible to find this information? The support section on your app is completely useless!
