As my trip to 馃彺鬆仹鬆仮鬆仴鬆伄鬆仹鬆伩 draws to a close I鈥檓 excited to immerse myself in all things coaching & coach development @ the Centre for Sport Coaching @leedsbeckett Pat Duffy Coaching Excellence Conference here @ Carnegie College for Sport - flying the @LaTrobe_SES 馃嚘馃嚭 flag!
Lunchtime viewing. In such uncertain times it is great to see such transparency and continued communication from @latrobe and @johnnodvc 馃憦馃徏 Thank you 馃檹馃徎 #questiontime #covid
First day back of online teaching for semester 2, was great to see so many smiling faces amongst the @LaTrobe_SES cohort, even in these testing times! And not one pair of PJ鈥檚 spotted!
Filming Ex Phys labs today as we transition to online learning! Did someone say vo2 max testing? 馃あ @latrobe @LaTrobeSport #sportscience
Usually @Tarynheather takes this title in @SpecializedWR_ but today we set it up for @jaimegunning in the final stage of @HeraldSunTour and I scored a nice red jersey for the longest Falls ascent of my life 馃槣
Arguably the hardest conditions I鈥檝e ever raced in but could not ask for a better team of women to race with 馃槏 @SpecializedWR_ taking out 馃 GC 馃 Teams Classification 馃馃馃 Sprint Classification 馃 QOM and 2 stage wins at the #ToT19 #NRS19
Time for the big song and dance 馃拑馃徎 up Mt Buffalo tomorrow. Let鈥檚 see if I can hold onto this lead. One more final push before catching my breath ahead of @Nat_Road_Series @SpiritofTas #ToT19
