One of the most common questions I get asked is - what’s the process for being so fast when it comes to reactive PR and marketing? How can we physically do it?
👉🏼 we have a dedicated team working purely on reactive PR/social/content. That means their time is spent mostly staying up to date with pop culture and media moments and putting clients at the centre of it
👉🏼 we’ve automated as much as possible. Alerts, tools, email alerts - when something is trending we’re the first to hear about it
👉🏼 we have a 40 min window. If we haven’t done anything within 40 minutes, then we’ve usually missed the boat. The best results usually occur when we’re first to the scene
👉🏼 it takes clients 2-3 months to get used to this. We create everything (to minimise speed their site) and it takes them some time to get used to and sign off topics. For clients 6 months and over, they rarely ask to sign stuff off now. Meaning were acting for them at speed
