We've got a couple of days of fee to offer, so this is more a dipping our toes in the water than a full embedding. Due to the short duration of this contract, we don't want to ask people to jump through the hoops of a full recruitment process, but we do want to be fair & open.

Any update on refund processing times, @Fly_Norwegian? Submitted on 30 March for a flight on 7 April and still not heard a thing. Publishing some kind of timeframe would be a very good thing to do.
