Farming can be overwhelming & stressful hence my twitter silences at times. Today I sat back, took in the view & felt proud to be a farmer ❤️ #NativeBreeds #CarbonNeutral
Recovering from a broken back (very long story best told over a pint). Probably need op but until then doing ok. On a mission to finish the Pembrokeshire coastal path & physio says I need walking poles. So many choices I need help please. Not too expensive but good ones x

"It gives me a lot of pleasure that the birds and wild animals are using these hedges that we've created."
Farmers, like Glasnant, are producing top quality food for the nation while also providing habitats for wildlife on farm and sequestering carbon, too 👏
What is agroforestry & what should it look like for Wales. Come & chat, eat & drink (might smuggle in some cider) x
It's been a shit few months, life is short. Hug your loved ones & make every day count. I'm currently angry pants & less tolerant than I used to be. We moan about trivial shit. Enjoy the simple things in life. Health, family, friends. Take care all xxx

Office outing yesterday! Planting a few with the wonderful Stump Up For Trees team. 💪💚🌳
This week 4 years ago, I started a new role, Woodland Creation Officer with #StumpUpForTrees, a farmer led, tree planting initiative. Huge thanks to all the farmers working with us, over 300,000 trees planted so far x

Wow - an incredibly powerful post and just awful to have to listen!
I don’t use the word betrayal lightly but a whole generation, now in the twilight of their lives, that have given everything have been betrayed!
Some people wonder why I’m a touch emotional at times!
@ProagriLtd following on from your comment about the toll this is taking on people's mentality.

The recent news on inheritance tax and other announcements in the Autumn Budget are understandably causing significant anxiety and distress in the farming community.
If you're struggling, don't suffer in silence, reach out for help 💛

"Family farms are the beating heart of our countryside and what they provide goes so much further than the food we eat. "
"Our campaign aims to move the conversation on from Inheritance Tax to a broader debate about how we value our food systems. "
In response to Chancellor Rachel Reeves' Budget, FG has launched a new campaign to back Britain's family farms. 🇬🇧
"Small family farms are responsible for producing much of the food we eat, but the inequity in supply chains means they shoulder most of the risk for little reward."
