If you go to see any #panto this Christmas, go and see @LeNavetBete and @ExeterNorthcott
Effortless belly laughing and guffaws throughout!
You even get to see this beauty as you’ve never seen before 🥳
Congratulations Sam! It’s been a heck of a journey. Good luck with the next steps 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

New international body to run pentathlon competitions that include riding horses trib.al/PAlwxh3
That was SO much fun!
In honour of the #ModernPentathlon at the #Paris2024 Olympics, I dug out these snaps of me on one of THE BEST DAYS EVER with @KateAllenby at @PentathlonGB. 😭
Looks like @VodafoneUK have switched off 3G masts in this area.
They promised “by retiring the 3G network, we’ll be able to continue strengthening our newer 4G & 5G network.”
So far, there seems to be no stronger 4G network locally. And with no 3G, there’s almost no service

The ones who were silenced:
They spoke to us
They expressed their position
They said why they couldn’t speak
We protected them
Others spoke for them

Joe is delighted Klaus knows his name
Does Klaus actually know who protested?
The ones who
❤️Wore the T-shirts?
❤️Wrote to the IOC?
❤️Called for his resignation
❤️Were interviewed for “Athletes pressing charges” book
❌ or the ones who were silenced?

Michael, Klaus had one job, to grow the sport.
He was handed a sport with a unique history, supreme athletes, iconic stories and moments & he wasted it.
It became about political deals & change for change sake. UIPM was so reliant on the Olympic $$ we were left begging….
He took MP & its history to pieces due to failed leadership
He was a supreme politician but over 30 years failed to grow our sport so we had to beg for inclusion at every prog review
The final humiliation was seeing our sport broken up. That is his legacy
It’s not MP now

We are very excited to announce that our panto title this year is... 🥁🥁🥁 CINDERELLA! After year-on-year record-breaking success, Exeter Northcott and @LeNavetBete are teaming up once again to bring you this fabulous modern take on a classic story! ✨
This 8m piste format is being tested for the LA28 OG in Mod Pentathlon
How does this fit with the requirements of the IOC in terms of legitimate sporting competition, athlete safety and sporting integrity & excellence?
Remember the epee is the most inflexible of the 3 weapons
Thank you for having me @StMarysCalne - you were a great audience with so many thoughtful questions #dreambig #whatisimpossible #perform
Looking forward to speaking to the students @StMarysCalne tomorrow as a part of their 6th Form lecture series.
We shall be asking the important question “what is impossible?”
Look out for a surprising interlude early on! 😉
