Neuroscience-backed formula to stay a loser: 1. Keep watching p*rn 2. Neglect your body 3. Don't do challenging work 4. Stay inside 5. Surround yourself with losers 6. Cut off people who love and support you

Anything you do will never be enough. Every day I aspire to be an ideal man, yet there are so many things to know and discover that make me rethink what I already thought was right. The beauty is that there isn't one answer, and the story that comes out of trying to find that answer is what your life ends up becoming. What is your idea of an ideal man?

Thinking positive is not how you overcome negative thoughts. Learning the ability to quiet all forms of outside and inside noise allows you to truly be present which brings you back to your true self. Your mind and body are naturally joyful and happy but years of growing up and experiencing new events and ideas leads to a programming that you are now accustomed to. You might call it your “personality” to be depressed or down but in reality you were always meant to be joyful and happy in nature. Think about babies, are they depressed or unhappy? You need to reset this programming and let your subconscious self take over by quieting your inner thoughts. I recently read this book by Joseph Nguyen and it talks about all of these principles. Become a master of yourself by quieting the programming you have gone through for years. Only then will your true self take over and you will be much happier in life.

Your brain can literally do this and people still believe they can’t change. You are never cooked.

How do people watch this and think “wow this is so cool I’m gonna do this” Don’t take this bullshit to wake up. Look within for the answers you seek.

Kettlebell workouts >>>>> Gym Here’s why:
1

2. Trains natural movements Instead of isolated movements that target one small portion of the body, kettlebell workouts train most areas of the body in your body’s natural pattern of mobility. You don’t move just straight up and down but diagonally and rotationally.

3. Cardio tied in. A lot of people come back from the gym not even breaking a sweat. You could attribute it to intensity but not matter what you do with a kettlebell you will for sure get your heart racing and burn more calories.

Hey X, Im just a guy obsessed with neuropsychology and understanding the power of the mind. I also am a biomedical engineer with a masters in BME so I like to build and see things from a scientific and engineering perspective. What’s everyone working on or interested in? Looking to expand my circle with people interested in similar aspects. Let’s connect.

Does the ideal man put in 100 hours a week or does he do slowmaxx? I swear one self-improvement guy says to take it slow and be mindful, and the other archetype looks at you in eternal shame for blinking after an 18 hour work block.
You need to be SLOWMAXXING. Read fat books that take two months to finish. Step barefoot onto cool grass just to feel grounded. Watch the rain or the birds for an entire afternoon without feeling guilty. Take fifteen minutes to grind the beans, pour the water, and drink your coffee in absolute silence. Breathe in. Breathe out. Slow down. You don't have to sprint through your own life.

If you suffer from analysis paralysis just accept you’re going to fail already and do it anyways. I promise you the benefit of failing and doing something is much better for your brain to experience than to remain in a state of no motion. No motion = no motion

Why is it so hard to stay consistent with something? These thoughts keep me up at night and it just makes me rethink of all the times I thought about pursuing something but inevitably quitting once it got hard. In this world, everything is made for you to have no focus or long lasting work ethic. Constant doom scrolling, gooning, tv shows, and everything you consume is tailored to your short term attention span. I would be surprised if you made it this far in the first place. Drop everything limiting your brain power and see how much easier it is to actually do something hard for once. Is this what it means to be an ideal man?

You will never be the man you want to be. That’s the hard truth at the end of the day. But the journey in the pursuit of becoming the “ideal man” will create the man who you were destined to be. It was always about the journey and never the destination. If you are too worried about the goal, you will never be the man that is able to attract the things he wants for himself in the first place. Keep acting in accordance to the man you want to be and slowly you will transform your life.

Why can you always change your reality? Your reality was never the objective truth in the first place. It’s a narration from the point of view of your mind. If your mind is a paranoid and hopeless narrator, you will be the main character in a story that seems like it’s always crashing. But just like it can be that way, you can choose to believe the other way about yourself and see exactly how your life looks like after. Put on the confident and disciplined filter and start acting in accordance. This is how the ideal man views his reality.
you never experience reality as it is; you experience your brain's best guess about it.

“I just can’t get anything done in the morning.”

If you say you work better at night you’re lying to yourself. “I’m just wired to work better at night tho.” Nah you’re coping bro. You are literally biologically wired to be your most productive self in the am. Skip the reels for once and give it a try. You will soak up information like a sponge or tackle your workouts with insane mental clarity.

Discipline culture is a scam. You don’t need the cold plunge or the 4 am wake up or something you know your going to quit in 2 weeks. Stop larping and wasting your life with “productive procrastination” Wake up and get straight to work.

Used to think people posting self improvement content or their “philosophical” takes on X were cringe and didn’t know what they were talking about. I’m lowk both. If you’re weird about ts too follow and let’s chat.
