Alice the good news for today was that I met with my doctor and she kind of bawled me out for going kind of wild and we've agreed to keep in better touch and I've decided to calm down and and be more responsible because I'm a big boy now and I should put on my big boy pants that's what some people would say but I am serious and I'll just say I'll try to be better and when we communicate Alice I will not be goofy at all I will be dead serious I won't do anything that's funny at all well I hope that's the case please take good care of yourself Alice you mean a lot to me
