ALT Lighthouse 1: Dreaming About Tomorrow. Acting Today. 15 JUNE, 11 - 1:30 PM GMT | 1:00 - 3:30 PM CEST CHARLIE FELGATE ‘Any multinational that doesn’t reply to one or more of the challenges of the 17 SDG’s will not survive beyond 2030.’ ‘Dad, do you love what you do?’ An innocent question, a confronting question. And Charlie Felgate had to answer with a negative. To be truly doing what he loved, he had to make more of a difference. The question evolved. What future do you want to live in? He asked his colleagues at Decathlon United, world leader in sports equipment retail. Then he asked thousands of employees. Vision 2030 had started. Vision 2030, a huge exercise of collective intelligence, engaging thousands of Decathlon employees around their vision, encouraging them to drive the change, for a better sporty world. Charlie became the vision leader. https://www.tickettailor.com/events/berlinchangedays/379598
