🎙️ Chairman’s Speech | 23rd Annual General Meeting Macpower CNC Machines Limited presents the Chairman’s Speech Delivered by Mr. Rupesh Mehta, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company at the 23rd Annual General Meeting for FY 2025–26. Our Chairman extends heartfelt gratitude to our shareholders, customers, employees, business partners, bankers, and all stakeholders for their continued trust, confidence, and support. Strong Financial Performance : I am pleased to share that your Company delivered a strong performance during FY 2025-26 and achieved its record total revenue of INR 333.18 crore. During the year, we achieved EBITDA of INR 53.90 crore and Profit After Tax of INR 33.87 crore. This performance reflects the strength of our business model, our focus on operational efficiency and productivity, and the growing confidence of our customers in our products and capabilities. Strong Order Book and FY27 Outlook : The positive momentum has continued into the current financial year. As of 30 June 2026, the Company had a strong order book of INR 455.9 crore, providing us with healthy business visibility for FY 2026-27. We remain highly optimistic about the year ahead and expect to deliver our best-ever performance across the quarters of FY27. We envisage achieving more than 30% growth in revenue, EBITDA and PAT compared with the previous year. While pursuing this growth, our focus will remain on maintaining operational efficiency, improving productivity, strengthening our product mix and creating sustainable long-term value for our shareholders. Strengthening Manufacturing Infrastructure : Manufacturing excellence will remain a key pillar of our growth strategy. We have commenced development of a new, cutting-edge assembly facility spread over approximately 2.75 lakh square feet, with a centrally air-conditioned shop floor for manufacturing our next generation of machines. This facility will further strengthen our manufacturing capabilities and is expected to improve operational efficiency, productivity and quality, while also providing our employees with a better and more modern working environment. We have also strengthened our commitment to sustainable manufacturing through our solar power initiative, which will help reduce energy costs, promote the use of clean energy and strengthen the overall resilience of our operations. Government Policy Support : I am also pleased to inform you that Macpower CNC Machines Limited qualifies for various incentives under the Viksit Gujarat Industrial Policy, 2026. These incentives include an interest subsidy of up to 7% and a capital subsidy of up to 25% on qualified investments in equipment, machinery and buildings. We believe that these policy initiatives will provide further support to our expansion plans, enhance our competitiveness and contribute positively to the Company’s long-term growth. Technology, Innovation and Global Opportunities : Technology and innovation remain at the heart of our business. We continue to increase our investment in Research & Development, with a clear focus on developing next-generation technologies and innovative manufacturing solutions. We are also expanding our product portfolio and strengthening our capabilities in advanced manufacturing, automation and robotics to address the evolving requirements of our customers. Looking ahead, we are pleased to participate in IMTEX 2027, which will be held in Bengaluru in January 2027. Our participation will focus on showcasing world-class technologies, robotics and advanced automation solutions, reflecting our commitment to innovation and next-generation manufacturing. We are also pleased to participate in EMO Milano 2027, Italy, one of the leading global exhibitions for the machine tool industry. This will provide us with an opportunity to showcase our advanced manufacturing technologies, innovative solutions and capabilities to a global audience. Expanding Our People and Market Reach : Our people continue to be one of our most important strengths. Today, the Company has a strong team of approximately 1,000 employees. As we continue to grow, we are further strengthening our organization and capabilities. We are actively expanding our sales force to reach a larger customer base and drive higher sales. At the same time, we are increasing our presence across India through the addition of new Technology Centers and offices. Alongside our sales expansion, we are significantly strengthening our marketing and brand-building initiatives to enhance our visibility, reach new customers and build a stronger Macpower brand. Looking Ahead : As we look to the future, we see significant opportunities for Macpower CNC Machines Limited. Our growth strategy is built around strengthening our manufacturing capabilities, technology and R&D, product portfolio, sales and distribution network and customer reach. Today marks a proud milestone for Macpower CNC Machines Limited as we performed the Bhoomi Pujan for our new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in the presence of Mr. Nikesh J. Mehta (CEO & WTD), Mr. Chintan Vora (Sales Director), and Mr. Vishal Mehta (CFO). Spread across 13 acres, with 2,75,000 square feet of built-up area, this new facility is being developed with world-class infrastructure and centralized air conditioning, ushering in a new era of advanced manufacturing and future-ready industrial development. The facility is targeted to be completed within 10 months. This major expansion is supported by a 25% CAPEX Subsidy and 7% Interest Subsidy under the Viksit Gujarat Policy 2026, marking another significant step forward in our journey toward innovation, manufacturing excellence, and sustainable growth.
