Tomorrow, November 14, at 11 GMT / 6AM EST we are planning to start the installation of the release patch 1.0 for #EscapefromTarkov. The installation will take approximately 24 hours. There will be a wipe in PVP with update.
In the meantime #TarkovArena will also go down for 24 hours for the installation of update 0.4.0.5. There will be a partial wipe with update.
Official websites as well as the Battlestate Games Account Center will be unavailable for the first five hours of the installation.

There's literally nothing fun in outplaying a guy and losing the gunfight because some random on your team took the class that has good ammo and you dink 5 headshots.

Yo @nikgeneburn I know this is one of the asks that would take more effort than other things such as in game rebalances, but we got to figure out something when it comes to loading times. One of the things almost all these recent extraction shooters do way better than Tarkov is getting the players in the actual game with short load times, any problem the game has that makes the player feel like their time is wasted like audio deaths, hit reg, bug related deaths, people in bad lighting areas, cheaters is significantly less of an issue when we can get back into the actual game faster. The fastest you ever get into a game is like 2:30 or 3 minutes, and long queues can legit be 6 minutes+ before spawning. Every single person will enjoy the game more if this issue is addressed. #EscapefromTarkov
