Im already experienced in 18:6 intermittent fasting for some years and lost 20kg(not at once ) and will do Keto Diät (pre-diabetis) for a month . I naturally did some Keto by accident ,because I experienced the "keto peak" moment a few times. Any sexy tipps ,guys? goal is 1 month.

Update: Limied daily sugar 30-50grams does take away my apetite. Body seemed to wanted more "sugar" than something to eat sometimes. Lost 3-4kg but that is mostly water ,as expected . I feel much better and lighter. Good thing I did fasting 1 week before . No headaches or fasting flue.Eggs and salad is my daily buisness.
