Zoomed in on a city I'm considering visiting and found someone advertising their playstation at home as a proper google business listing. Games list, hourly rate, photos and reviews.

It's interesting how it works. Had it running for multiple days and it just kept running. I trusted it was working properly.
Then I asked why it's taking 10x as long as other agents and it wrapped up what it was working on in under an hour.

they might not like this, but there is a level of wealth you will reach or amass where you will receive a call.
and look, nobody will invite you when you’re still getting there or still on your way to the top. no one will call but mind you, your success, activities and steps are being strictly monitored cos once you are a few steps away from that top-tier milestone, a call will come in and a static voice will make you an offer.
if you reject that offer, that is where your success gets a ceiling or your career ends.
the bottom line is, there’s a level of wealth you’ll reach where, if you are not ready to play games, like real, brutal, cynical games, just quietly respect yourself and remain at the mid-tier level. otherwise, you’ll pay dearly if you keep pushing.

since AutoCAD entered widespread use in the 80s, architects largely stopped designing exterior and structural elements first for a coherent overall design, and instead work “from the inside out” to maximize square footage…. they then force architectural design software to patch the mess together with absurd auto-generated geometry
