Want to make Bulgarian split squats worse? Enter: gladiator Bulgarians. I actually saw this one on Instagram and had to give it a try. It’s officially in my program for the next few weeks. It is amazing in a brutal way of course lol

Your core is more than just your abs. 🔥 A strong core improves posture, balance, stability, strength, and everyday movement while giving you a solid foundation for training. You don’t need endless crunches - consistent training, proper form, and variety matters💪

Been pushing these cable rows hard this year on my back days. Love em. Some Lat Training Tips👇 -Keep elbow in tight and low -Full stretch at bottom -Lead with the elbow (helps to avoid initiating with the biceps)

UNLOCK your abs by doing this… ⬇️ Explosive rotation will develop the abs in ways you’ve never seen before… teaching the body to twist and contract, stopping momentum and building core resilience is a trait most ab routines lack! A simple chop movement will force the core ..🔥

Grip Cluster Set 1: Axle Rack Pull Metroflex throwback. Had Noah Syndergaard on this one. Overhand grip. No straps. 3 reps, 15 sec rest, repeat for 4 min. Start around 50% of your deadlift max. Grip goes first. Start light and adjust from there.

DEADLIFT TIPS🗣️👇 A lot of lifters try to get tight in the deadlift by pulling the shoulders BACK or shrugging UP. ❌The problem is that usually disconnects the lats, makes the setup feel loose, and can even make the ROM longer than it needs to be. ✅Instead, think about shrugging DOWN to lock the lats in and connect yourself to the bar before the pull starts. Your whole body should feel “tense” and locked in BEFORE you push off the floor!

The way down in the squat is all about knee position. Knees out and forward to the big toe, then freeze them. Everything after that is bending over and stretching back into the bottom. Your knees only travel four or five inches. Your hips do the rest.

Ham n glute day… least favorite day. Saw someone post this the other day and bookmarked so I could give it a try. I think I’ll run it for a few months.
