I waited months for my studio display to arrive.
Today it did.
However, I find it’s completely missing the power cable.
I get transferred repeatedly inside Apple. Only to find out that I have to wait multiple days for an “investigation”.

Even then will have to wait longer for a replacement or part.
Meanwhile, my almost 2k purchase is sitting in a box completely unusable.
This is very disappointing and frustrating, not the quality or support level I’ve seen from Apple in the past.

@jschultzf3 I did something weird today.
Background: Originally a strangle, but as BP requirements changed I turned it into a IC. Then it moved against me hard and really has no chance of coming back.
Today: Closed 3 of 4 legs freeing up most of the BP.
Thoughts?
@jschultzf3 You know, other than me being a little salty over the original strangle still being profitable today but I couldn’t afford to carry it when the buying power requirements jumped 10x+ :(
