Low Cholesterol Causes 3X Increase In Brain Bleed Strokes.
Every 30 mg Decrease In Cholesterol Causes A 22% Higher Risk Of Death From All Causes...
Documented Peer Reviewed Data Shows:
When LDL decreases below 70 mg/dL, hemorrhagic strokes (brain bleeds) increase 3 fold.
The Minnesota Coronary Experiment showed that for every 30 mg/dL (0.78 mmol/L) decrease in serum cholesterol is linked with 22% higher risk of death from any cause.
When total cholesterol is chemically lowered below 180 mg/dL the rate of cancer & dementia increases dramatically.
And when total cholesterol stays under 150 mg/dL, chronic illnesses like cancer & autoimmune diseases strike.
36% of those on statin therapy will be diagnosed with new onset type 2 diabetes.
Research has confirmed over & over that the higher your LDL the longer you live. LDL is a transport molecule for cholesterol & a vital immune system regulator. Lowering LDL thru statin drugs has deadly & deleterious effects.
Vibrant Health Can Start To Be Attained When:
Total Cholesterol is at minimum 200 mg/dL corresponding to a cholesterol level of 5.2 mmol/L in non US countries. Acceptable total cholesterol in 1960 was 350 mg/dL.
Lowering cholesterol does not lower Cardiovascular risk or disease. Saturated fat & cholesterol have no effect on CVD outcomes, including heart attacks, strokes, CVD mortality & total mortality.
There Are No Benefits To Cholesterol Lowering Statin Therapy..Only Risks & Side Effects:
Alzheimer's Disease
Cancer
Pancreatitis
Liver Damage
Diabetes
Depression/Suicidality
Lupus
Parkinson's Disease
ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease)
Hormonal Deficiency
Brain Damage
Multiple Sclerosis

Christians in Nigeria never carried out massacres, never dug tunnels, never fired rockets, never took hostages, never started a war. They are simply a peaceful community, half of Nigeria’s population, who only wanted to live in peace. Yet they are relentlessly attacked by Islamic groups: their churches burned, their women and children slaughtered, their men massacred simply for being Christians.
And what is the response of the world? Silence.
World leaders in Europe stand with those who massacre, with those who hold hostages—they rush to recognize a state for them. But when it comes to Nigerian Christians? Not a word. No speeches at the UN. No condemnation of Nigeria for failing to protect its Christians. No ICJ cases. No international fundraisers.
Where is the President of Colombia? Where is Brazil’s leadership? Where is Emmanuel Macron @EmmanuelMacron or Keir Starmer @Keir_Starmer? Why do we never hear them speak about Nigerian Christians? Why is there no aid sent to them? Why no protests? Why no university demonstrations? Why no global outrage, no media coverage, no flotilla sailing for the persecuted Christians of Nigeria?

Robert, your “pray for Charlie Kirk” post was the first I saw.. it was before it started trending.
Don’t know how you knew so early. I searched and saw one video.
I hesitated to tell my wife he died until at night. She was shocked.
That’s how much of an impact this was to many ordinary people.
And some are too dumb to realize it.
I lived through a civil war in West Africa.. but the large scale cheering by ordinary people of the murder of a man engaged in dialogue is so appalling, I have never seen that level of hate, some from people I know.

Completely ludicrous. Only if the Good Thief had KEPT SILENT would he be any sort of example of Faith ALONE—Christ having read his mind, THEN assuring him of Paradise.
The Good Thief did A LOT MORE than just have “faith alone”. He:
• admonished the evil thief
• defended Christ
• confessed his guilt (to a priest)
• accepted his punishment
• suffered temporally
• turned to Christ
• & asked Christ to remember him
(not to mention he was still under the Old Covenant…)
So he absolutely IS NOT an example of “faith alone”.

“Why are Catholics so focused on Mary?”
Well, because the early Church was.
Here is what the early Church Fathers had to say about the Blessed Virgin Mary (thread) 🧵

On "Romanists", the Catholic Church, and Why Protestants Flunk Ecclesiology 101
Whenever Protestants get uncomfortable with history, they reach for their favorite crutch: “Romanist.” It’s a convenient little slur meant to flatten Catholicism into something provincial - something invented, foreign, suspicious.
Because if they had to acknowledge that the Church is Catholic, not just Roman, their narrative collapses.
Here’s the issue: the Catholic Church has 23 Eastern rites in full communion with Rome. Maronites in Lebanon. Chaldeans in Iraq. Syro-Malabars in India. Ukrainian Greek Catholics who held the line underground during Soviet persecution. Not one of them calls themselves “Roman Catholic,” and yet every single one of them acknowledges the Pope as the successor of Peter. Unity without uniformity.
Imagine that.
You’ll never hear a Protestant use the term Melkite Catholic - not because it isn’t real, but because it disrupts the cartoon version of history they cling to. These churches have apostolic origins, ancient liturgies, and haven’t updated their theology to match whatever California megachurch fad is currently trending. And yet, they’re Catholic. Just not Roman.
So, why Rome?
Simple. Because Peter died there. Because Paul died there. Because Ignatius, a disciple of John, wrote to the Church in Rome and described it - not Ephesus, not Corinth - as the one that "presides in love." Because Clement of Rome was writing pastoral corrections to other churches while the Apostle John was still alive.
And because the bishops of Rome were the ones other bishops turned to when disputes needed to be settled. Because the whole Church recognized the Petrine office as the center of unity.
Now, Protestants will say "Catholic" was just an adjective, insisting on that watered-down, ambiguous "lowercase c" distinction. Sure. And so was “Christian” in Acts 11. Doesn’t mean it wasn’t used to identify the true Church. Ignatius doesn’t say “some catholic group.” He says "Wherever the bishop appears, there let the people be; just as wherever Jesus Christ is, there is the Catholic Church."
Clear enough for you?
Protestants love to screech, “The papacy isn’t in the Bible™️!” or “Peter’s never called the bishop of Rome in the New Testament!” while pretending to have read it a dozen times, cover to (incomplete) cover.
The biblical framework for the papacy was already in place, long before our Lord Jesus Christ was born of the Blessed Virgin Mary and walked this earth... whether they want to acknowledge it or not.
Christ gives Peter the keys of the kingdom in Matthew 16:19, directly echoing Isaiah 22, where the steward of the Davidic kingdom receives the keys of the house of David - a symbol of dynastic authority passed from one officeholder to the next. It’s a very specific role, not just a one-time favor, diluted because Pastor Jim - emulating an Oprah's Favorite Things episode - declares that everyone gets the keys.
(That's how we end up with too many theologically drunk drivers, by the way.)
So while the New Testament doesn’t read like a modern resume ("Peter, Bishop of Rome, A.D. 42–67"), the early Church unanimously affirmed where Peter’s ministry led him: to Rome, where he served, taught, and died. Where his bones still rest to this day. And that Church - the one that wrote, copied, preserved, and canonized the New Testament - never once questioned that fact until Protestants came along 1,500 years later and decided to rewrite the footnotes.
You want receipts?
Irenaeus: Rome has “preeminent authority.”
Dionysius of Corinth: Rome has always led with charity.
Eusebius: Peter and Paul founded the Church in Rome and were martyred there.
Jerome: Peter held the episcopal chair in Rome for 25 years.
The real issue isn’t evidence. It’s that you’ve built a theology that only works if the Church fell apart right after the apostles died (It didn't, by the way). You need to believe that Christianity went off the rails for 1,500 years and then was fixed by a German monk with a chip on his shoulder and a weird obsession with excrement.
So you mock “Romanists” and ignore the actual structure Christ left behind. Apostolic succession? Gone. The sacraments? Symbolic now. Unity? Optional. Authority? Every man a pope.
But the Church Christ founded never disappeared. She still teaches, still sanctifies, still governs. In every continent, in every century. Including those parts of the world that never heard the word “Roman,” but still bent the knee to Peter.
You don’t have to like it. But history doesn’t care about your feelings.
Cope harder, ProtBots.
