Project Lost Light invites professional scientists, citizen scientists, and students from around the world to participate in a challenge to replicate -- or challenge -- pre-Sputnik transient studies using historical (pre-Sputnik) photographic plate collections from around the world.
First prize: $75,000
Second prize: $50,000
Third prize: $25,000
The competition accepts data from all pre-Sputnik photographic plate collections, except those from Palomar Observatory.
Learn how to detect transients, search for transient hotspots, investigate possible correlations with documented nuclear tests, and see where your own methods take you! Are we alone on Earth, or are we witnessing the presence of another civilization?
Stop waiting for governments, UAP committees, or presidents to give you the answer -- go out and find it yourself.
The competition is open to individuals and teams who have not previously published research on pre-Sputnik transients.
The competition is hosted and independently organized by Research Hub:

🛜Folks, last week @TheDylanBorland and I joined the Doomer Friday crew (@ClintWeldon @DanCleary79 @pavelibarrameda @imxanderjones) for a very special charity livestream.
🎙️For over seven hours, we talked UFOs, disclosure, and UAP whistleblowers with @ChrisUKSharp, @ExcitingTimePod, @TheUfoJoe, @disclosureteamx, @ufouapam, @MinuteofZombie, @chrisramsay52, @UAPGERB, and @jamescfox.
🛸We also had a very special appearance by the legends @JeremyCorbell and @g_knapp to close out the stream. What an amazing, crazy, wonderful time, joined by thousands of viewers from around the world!
🏕️The purpose of this event was to bring the disclosure community together, have informative conversations, and ultimately raise money for our charity, the @VanguardEnterpr.
🇺🇸Founded by Dylan Borland and myself, Vanguard exists to give UAP whistleblowers a future. The unfortunate truth is that there is very little real support for government, military, and intelligence community whistleblowers under even normal circumstances, and virtually none at all for UAP/UFO whistleblowers from the national security enterprise.
🔻Vanguard is being built to change that by creating five pillars of support: legal, mental health, medical, career transition, and community. Every dollar raised goes straight to our war chest so that we can help those who chose to do the right thing, took the risk to disclose the truth and restore the rule of law, and are now paying the price. @TheDylanBorland @Ice_Alchemist11
📺During the stream and in the days since, we have been incredibly humbled by the outpouring of support from the disclosure community.
🧮462 kind and generous people donated to our charitable cause, with over $48,000 raised across all donation pathways, including T-shirt orders! I am going to be very busy pressing and mailing your fashion statements...
🤝To everyone who donated, watched, shared, or gave their time to make this happen: thank you. Your support means the world to us and to the people we are working to help.
🙏Thank you!

1989. Army infantry basic training. Young and excited to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. No idea the journey I was beginning would lead to dealing with craft of non-human origin violating sensitive restricted airspaces, evidence of non-human intelligent life interacting with humankind, running the first whole-of-government UAP investigation, and the discovery of a massive cover-up involving elements of the U.S. Government that have been retrieving and reverse engineering crashed craft of non-human origin since at least the 1940s. The world deserves to know the truth.

Are the US and China deploying advanced propulsion tech against each other?
Ask a Pol asks:
Someone told us that it was China that shut down Langley [Air Force Base] in 2023 for 17 days, causing our entire fleet of F-22 Raptors to be moved?
Key Rounds:
“I can’t talk about that right now,” Sen. Mike Rounds exclusively tells Ask a Pol UAP.
Is the US deploying similar advanced tech?
“Let’s put it this way, they don’t keep me or members of our [Intelligence] Committee awake at night,” Rounds says. “But I suspect we keep them awake at night.”
That’s the American way.

The federal government spent roughly $22 million on a Pentagon program that included research at Skinwalker Ranch.
Years later, Congress is still trying to get the full picture.

This is a hugely significant essay from US Congressman and UAP Caucus member @EricBurlison. The collaboration to crack this UAP mystery is going global. Politicians worldwide want answers - including members of Japan's UAP Parliamentary League, led by former Japanese Defense Minister Hamada.
As Rep Burlison explains, Japan has been acknowledged by @DoW_AARO as a UAP hotspot. In July last year 3 luminous objects were seen over the Genkai Nuclear Power Station in Saga Prefecture. Members of the Japanese Diet (their Parliament) want answers from @ModJapan_en, Japan's DoD.
Crucially, he says, "For many members of Congress and members of Japan’s UAP Parliamentary League, the evidence presented before us indicates an unknown technology."
Echoing David Grusch's warnings of a secret Cold War over UAP tech, Rep Burlison states: "We are, by all indications, in a global arms race for technological supremacy, one that is rapidly rendering today’s weapons obsolete through advances in quantum technology, artificial intelligence, and drone warfare. UAP and whatever technology allows them to operate with apparent impunity over sensitive military and nuclear installations could redefine the competition."
The new ETIC organisation - the Emerging Technologies Interparliamentary Caucus - is a new opportunity for MPs to share information and prepare for the realities of these new emerging technologies. Politicians worldwide are going to crack this mystery... despite ongoing official @DeptofWar & @WhiteHouse secrecy. jimin.jp/english/profile/mem…

Dear everyone,
Some new and very exciting news from the VASCO team! First, our machine-learning paper has been accepted for publication following peer review and is now in press. In this paper, we used machine learning to address some of the criticism concerning plate defects and remove contaminants from the sample. We demonstrate that all the intriguing correlations become even stronger as the sample becomes cleaner. More on this once the final version is published.
Second, we have two new preprints. In the first, we use Earth-shadow statistics to infer the altitudes of the objects producing the transients. The results suggest that the objects are located approximately 20,000–35,786 km above the Earth’s surface, with the upper limit corresponding to geosynchronous altitude. They are clustering near the equator.
We model their properties. The objects have highly reflective surfaces that are small, flat and ranging from a few centimetres to about 3 metres. Their small sizes may partly reflect the transient-search methodology, in which brighter objects were filtered out. We also discuss various toy models that could explain their observed properties, including sudden changes in attitude (direction of the nose).
Third, we use the projected locations of the pre-Sputnik transients to identify geographic hotspots of transients. Intriguingly, Sedona, White Sands/El Paso, Tampico and several other locations emerge. And we find further associations with nuclear weapons tests.
Enjoy these three pieces of news! Read the two new preprints here:

🚨 This is important... 🚨
"If you don't clear [Grusch's] record and demonstrate that you're able to make him right. You're sending a message to everybody else...that you're going to get punished if you come forward." ~@RepEricBurlison
(Burlison is the only MAGA politician who's willing to call out the Trump administration like this, on the UFO topic. It's subtle, but it's there. So what happens if they don't do this for Grusch? What will Burlison say and do? To me, if they don't do this for Grusch, we'll know that the Trump administration isn't serious about Disclosure.
And why is he the only MAGA pol wiling to speak like this when it comes to the Trump admin? Where are @RepLuna and @RepTimBurchett? We need them to speak up on these types of issues.
And I'm only including a minute of what @MattLaslo got from Burlison so people can go support him by clicking on his YT videos and tweets, and subscribe to the only guy in DC who is trying to get us UAP answers from Congress on a daily basis.)
Laslo: "What's up with these whispers about Grusch maybe getting his NDA waived?"
Rep. Eric Burlison: "It needs to get... Well, he'll waive it. What he needs is his clearances all brought back."
(Will Trump issue a SF-312 NDA waiver so Grusch can share a lot more of what he knows with the public?)
Dr. Eric Davis to me in July...
Davis: "Trump did NOT issue a SF-312 NDA waiver for us whistleblowers to reveal classified information to the public."
~
Laslo: "Are you talking with Stephen Miller and them about that?"
Burlison: "Yes, I've been tenacious about that...because, to me, if you don't clear his record and demonstrate that you're able to make him right. You're sending a message to everybody else who might wanna come forward that you're going to get punished if you come forward."
(I think we need a lot more in order for whistleblowers to feel comfortable enough to come forward, but this would be a good first step.)
Laslo: "Would that be the President himself giving him that waiver? Or, what would that look like?"
Burlison: "Yeah, I mean, honestly, the administration... And I've talked to them... They will readily admit that it was probably, they probably went too far with him."
(Who are "they"?)
Laslo: "Interesting."
Burlison: "Yeah, they didn't need to make..."
Laslo: "Who would admit that? FBI?"
Burlison: "I'm not gonna say, because..yeah. Just out of a level of confidence.."
(Great question by Laslo, as we REALLY need to know who admitted that. I'll link to the rest of the interview in the replies. They talk about the FBI, DoE, CIA, and FFRDCs.)

NEWS: Is the CIA blocking UFO disclosure? Burlison’s pressuring White House to expand disclosure effort
Ask a Pol asks:
What’s up with the whispers that UFO whistleblower David Grusch might get his NDA waived? Are you talking with Stephen Miller and the administration about that?
Key Burlison:
“They’ll waive it, but what he needs is his clearances all brought back,” Rep. Eric Burlison exclusively tells Ask a Pol. “If you don’t clear his record and demonstrate that you’re able to make him right, you’re sending a message to everybody else who might want to come forward that you’re going to get punished if you come forward.”
Caught our ear:
“The DOE [Department of Energy] is definitely part of this,” Burlison tells us. “I made sure that they did not exclude the DOE, because there’s just — there’s so much lore about them and their involvement.”
Do you think that’s where it might be? Or do you still think the Pentagon has the most?
“I think that the CIA and I think that the FFRDCs [Federally Funded Research & Development Centers] has (sic) the most information,” Burlison says. “And the private contractors.”
