Thanks to @hharriers for putting on another great Run #Harrogate 10K today. We thoroughly enjoyed our annual 'Mob Match' against our friends at #niddvalleyroadrunners with over 100 members taking part between the two clubs! #running #knaresborough
That's it - as #NidderdaleNed arrives in Hampsthwaite, today's #NidderdaleWay relay by #knaresboroughstriders is complete! We've had a royally great day, crowned by some fantastic weather for our progression around #nidderdale!

It's time for #NidderdaleNed to cover the final leg of today's #NidderdaleWay relay! His welcoming party awaits in Hampsthwaite! Well done to our repeat runners of Leg 7 too! #knaresboroughstriders #trailrunning #nidderdale

🎼Whoa! We're halfway there!🎵
Our leg 4 crew reached Scar House and handed #NidderdaleNed over to Leg 5. Look at that sky! Ned says 'Thank ewe' to everyone who has transported him this far!

Leg 3 of our Nidderdale Way relay saw #NidderdaleNed and his Striders head upstream from Pateley. He now knows what a reservoir is, but can't spell it. #knaresboroughstriders #nidderdale #trailrunning #nidderdaleway
#nidderdalened enjoyed the 9-mile Leg 2 of the Nidderdale Way relay! He spotted some relatives on the hills around Brimham Rocks. Leg 3 of 8 is now underway! #knaresboroughstriders #nidderdale #trailrunning #nidderdaleway
Today, we're relay-running all 53miles of the magnificent Nidderdale Way! Leg 1 runners have just departed Hampsthwaite with 'Nidderdale Ned' safely on board! #knaresboroughstriders #nidderdale #trailrunning

Very proud of our achievement! Not only did we bag all the 214 Wainwrights in a day, but did it with a fantastic and varied crew, each choosing challenges to suit their experience and ability. Why not join us?
