Checking in with yourself is an important daily habit. When you have the skill to regularly check in with yourself, you begin to see patterns, and it’s these patterns that help you make better decisions.

Teams don't abandon goals. They abandon plans they didn't help build. The first detour proves "it was never possible" when the plan was never theirs.

Love this perspective!
LAAS is the new SAAS Labour-as-a-service is the next big thing people will talk about Every company on earth is about to add a labour line item made of tokens, and it's EXTREMELY BULLISH for compute Agent usage and spending on agents is going vertical, across many different departments inside enterprises. From legal, to HR, to research and more Agents are becoming a new labour force that is much cheaper than humans and can work 24/7 with no sick days or holidays This is a big part of the EVERYTHING bull market thesis, where company earnings will continue to sky rocket as they introduce more agents into their business By the way, I dont think unemployment will sky rocket from this as I think you still need humans in the loop, and the higher earnings from companies go the more they will hire humans to run agentic teams I don't think people realize how big this is for token usage and how much more compute we will need as a result of this. When tokens do labour, every dollar of payroll becomes a potential dollar of compute demand. That's the expanding capital base: not IT budgets growing, entire wage bills converting into tokens and of course, more token usage means more demand for chips, memory, power, datacenters, neoclouds. The whole AI infra trade sits downstream of this one shift And this is before we get into physical AI entering the labour force too! The inflection happened this year and most companies haven't even opened a token budget yet, which means we're in inning one of the biggest reallocation of corporate spend in decades I'm positioned all through this stack (compute, memory, power, application later) and if this was helpful, my company runs a service where 5 top-tier analysts share their research and real-time portfolios so you can see exactly what we're buying. It's just $1 to try it out right now: link.milkroad.com/t5837z Don't forget to give me a follow @kylereidhead for more insights on AI and markets

I've got much more than one $Tao. If one of the subnets (companies) goes mainstream, the whole chain wins.
bittensor:native = ai sovereignty Please buy just one $tao on @coinbase for two reasons: 1. “bet to to learn” while… 2. … you support “a third way” to protect sovereign intelligence This is financial and philosophical advice. Worst case you lose $200, best case you help support a movement and make a 2-3x Pure speculative bet So again, I’m explicitly telling each of you to vote $200 on a $TAO future — not to make money necessarily, but to support “the third way!” You will provably lose all $200 Please hit like to confirm you understand this terrible financial advice I’ve given you!!! 😂😂😂 I have 750k bet on $tao I think it’s the most inspiring open source crypto project since solana:So11111111111111111111111111111111111111112 and bitcoin:native

100% Get a small amount now before it's too late.
Good morning. As the hot ball of money continues to chase anything and everything tech and ai related, Bitcoin continues to fall out of favor. And in the not too distant future, we will look back at any price near or below $70K as an absolute gift. Have a great day.

Most small business owners don't have an AI problem. They have a documentation problem. If you can't describe what you do in writing, you can't hand it off. To a person or to a machine. Start there.

Knowing "delegate, automate, or eliminate" is not the same as having a system that does it. Most people have the right values. Very few have the right process.

When leaders keep rescuing the process, teams start depending on the rescue. That feels helpful in the short term. In the long term, it turns you into the system.

If you want better output from AI, stop obsessing over prompts and start building context. A 2nd brain gives your AI access to: • Your ideas • Your patterns • Your decisions • Your language • Your priorities Better context leads to better answers. Simple as that.

Most business owners don't need more hours. They need their hours in better places. A consultant I worked with mapped her 50-hour week into 5 buckets. Turns out 25 hours went to operations that ran fine. 3 hours went to customer follow-ups that directly drove revenue. The math wasn't hard. The habit change was.

"It's easy to get so caught up in the day-to-day that we don't pull back enough." Eric Collett nailed it. The leaders who scale aren't the ones working harder. They're the ones who slow down long enough to see what's not working.
