Someone asked me today what's the most motivating thing I've ever read. It's this quote: "The definition of hell--on your last day on earth, the person you became met the person you could have become."
The most profound regret is not about things you did but about the things you didn’t do—the missed opportunities, the untapped talents, the unlived dreams. It serves as a powerful reminder to live fully and intentionally and to be the version you could have been if you had not been held back by fear, doubt, shame or complacency.

Absolutely electric as the march to the match continues on to BC Place under a bright sun and blue sky. What a day for it.

I’ve seen the photos. I’ve seen the videos.
It’s even more impressive being here.

For the record, I was responding to a post about Summer McIntosh swimming the 800m freestyle.
Indeed, she is.
Everything is fine over here. Just need more coffee. Flying to Saskatchewan tomorrow for my bachelor party. Riders game included. Buckle up.

Incredible keynote interview at the madhat.ai investment conference, organized by @dvc_collective. Arav Srinivas, CEO of @perplexity_ai, shared his journey scaling the company to $100M ARR in under two years.
When asked by @Nick_Davidov , “What surprised you the most in the past 12 months?”, Arav’s response was humbling: “I didn’t expect the entire industry to scale so fast, other companies to start catching up so quickly, costs to drop so sharply, and deployment to accelerate so rapidly.”
The pace of AI development and adoption across industries is far beyond anybody's expectations.

Love his "eat your frogs" approach that's still unserved by most productivity apps -- There are typically just a few major, scary tasks you need to get done each day. If you did, you succeeded. So he advocates for doing those first when you have maximum willpower
