The JGR & Spire thing really makes no sense to me. I understand that information can be traveled from one team to another but I didn’t think this should be as big of a deal as they’ve made it. Maybe I’m not fully invested into the whole thing. #NASCAR

Nashville's racing ban petition survived 27,567 rejected signatures.
Election officials certified the petition anyway, putting Fairgrounds Speedway another step closer to a vote that could end racing there.
A court fight is still underway.

Kyle Larson has a 5 point lead going into Talladega. Which hasn’t been the best style for racing over the years due to out of control circumstances. He however has usually great pace at these tracks. This could be a big deciding race for the Championship for all drivers. #NASCAR
I’m gonna say this. Fans don’t fold just because their favorite athlete or sports team starts to struggle or has a bad game, this goes for today’s race.
See a lot of “fans” folding after today. Our season has been like this all year, +5 to Dega. Head up everyone! #NASCAR
P34. #NASCAR
+5 points leader over Bell in the Championship after today.
Up next: @TALLADEGA
Reddick leads over Blaney and Elliott.
+5 lead in the title fight with Bell running in 4th, at the moment.
If NASCAR wasn’t giving the 19 team such a hand out here…waited another lap, “scoring error” and now single file to choose again and then go green again. Burning laps off.
The 5 team and Kyle Larson is done. Net down. Helmet of. Out of the car. Dega next. #NASCAR
If only they called a caution for blown tires. You know, they do that anywhere else. 🙂 not here apparently.
Possibly the last pit stop of the day. Larson runs 15th. #NASCAR
