Eric McCoy, 70, is charged with slashing a 68-year-old woman's face at the Sheepshead Bay subway station in Brooklyn Saturday morning.
▪️ Police and the complaint say he held a knife to her cheek and asked, "Do you want more?"
▪️ Then he allegedly cut her face during an argument at an emergency-exit door.
▪️ He's charged with felony assault with a weapon, which carries up to 7 years and is bail-eligible.
▪️ The judge released him anyway, with nothing but an order of protection, until January.

Democrat-run Chicago’s career criminal Terry Strother told police “I stoned his ass!” after he hit a 77-year-old tourist with a brick.

Strother, 50, was on pretrial release in two cases when he attacked the retired New Hampshire teacher near State and Erie on September 2. Judge Robert Kuzas had denied a revocation request days earlier and let him leave without restrictions or electronic monitoring.

His final 2025 arrest came in the 700 block of North State Street. He threw warm coffee into the face of a 31-year-old woman and later pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery.

Three days later he threatened to k*ll a River North parking garage employee who asked him to leave. He pleaded guilty in August and received a 30-day sentence that ran concurrent with another River North hotel case.

On August 15 he was arrested for shoplifting $171 in clothing, jewelry, and alcohol from a West Loop Target. Released four days later, he failed to appear and a judge issued a warrant.

On August 23 police arrested him again after a woman recognized him from a July porch incident. While free on the coffee case he allegedly stole a package and performed a s*x act on himself.

Judge Sharon Kanter later ordered him detained on three counts of aggravated battery. She cited six violent misdemeanor convictions since 2024, five felony convictions, and the fact that he was already on pretrial release.

Strother was arrested nine times in 2025 and eight times so far in 2026. Kuzas is on the November retention ballot while Cook County’s SAFE-T Act system keeps cycling the same offenders back onto the street.

Michelle Obama has been ordered to repay a grant she received for maintaining the White House vegetable garden five years after she left the executive mansion.
The grant, approved by Joe Biden, was a $1.2 million cash grab, considering the garden had been torn out and replaced by First Lady Melania Trump in 2019.
DC District Court Judge Joseph Barron signed the order for Obama to repay the "obviously fraudulent" grant within 30 days and recommended the file be sent to the Justice Department for criminal review.
The fake grant was uncovered early last year during a DOGE audit of the Obama White House.

The Democrat running to be Wisconsin's secretary of state just told voters exactly what her top goal is, and it isn't serving the people of Wisconsin. JoCasta Zamarripa told WMTV this week, "My number one priority is to see the governor sign driver's licenses for undocumented Wisconsinites into law. And I hope that that governor will be David Crowley." Crowley is the Democrat running for governor, and he has also said he supports licenses for illegals.
This is nothing new for her. Back in 2015 as a state lawmaker, Zamarripa sponsored a bill to give driver's licenses to people with no Social Security number because they're here illegally. Her pitch at the time was "Latinos are great consumers" and that it was "an economic development bill." That bill failed, but now she claims licenses for illegals will improve public safety for everyone, from fifth-generation citizens to the newly arrived.
Her number one priority. Not lower costs, not safer streets, not making sure only citizens vote. This is the same state whose election commission just told clerks they can't use the federal SAVE system to check voters' citizenship. Wisconsin voters, pay attention. Her Republican opponent is Jay Schroeder, and the election is November 3.
