Almost Three Years Ago One Of The Most Well Known Modern Tornadoes Would Strike The Town Of Rolling Fork, Mississippi.
Three Years Later We Compiled The Stories Of That Night Across The Small Town.
9 Days Remain - A @Undecided_Media Documentary.
March 24th, 2023 - 8:00PM CST
Finally got to watch the National Geographic series!
I have more thoughts than typical on this one, quite like the direction it's attempting to go with it's editing style. The format is different, but kinda the same?
7.5/10 Enjoyable show in my opinion, check it out sometime.

After sitting in Guthrie all afternoon, we made the tough call around 4:30pm... let's go south. It was a high risk, high reward play, but in the moment, we thought it was the right call.
By the time we got to Edmond, we pulled off again and checked satellite, only to see towers exploding near Enid. We sat and stirred for a while longer before finally deciding to blast back north up I-35 and boy did it pay off.
Here's a few clips from the monster tornado we caught near Braman, OK, including a zero meter intercept during the initial phases, orbiting satellite, and much more.

Our hearts also go out to everyone impacted by the other tornado that hit populated areas south of Enid.

Very excited to have been apart of this amazing opportunity!!
Grew up watching a lot of National Geographic documentaries about severe weather, never even thinking I’d be apart of it.
Truly a dream come true to be included, especially alongside people like Freddy McKinney!
Went and watched episode 8 of Megastorm since they interviewed my good friend @Sawyer_WX. Fuck them for making me tear up at work lol but what a great documentary about that night and even the Hawley tornado

I’m being featured in @KJ_Chasing’s documentary about the March 6th, 2026 tornadoes in Southwest Michigan!
We had a great interview where I talk about witnessing Michigan’s strongest tornado in nearly 50 years.
Be sure to go give them a follow, and watch this when it’s out 🙏🏻

Maybe an unpopular opinion/take: I am confused by chasers who say their experience chasing the hurricane was traumatic. You very well knew what you were getting yourself into. The storm did not spawn at a moments notice and you decided to put yourself in the path well beforehand.

STRONG TORNADO in western South Carolina today from the remnants of Hurricane #Isaias! This tornado, or potentially multiple tornadoes, remained on the ground for nearly an hour. I believe this may have been one continuous tornado. Barnwell, SC, took a direct hit. Praying for minimal damage and no injuries, as it exhibited strong to potentially violent characteristics at times. @ryanhallyall @WxWiseApp
Little bit windy

Replying to @SimonStormRider
@SimonStormRider, @MichaelGordonWX and my position closest to the “eye” of Hurricane Isaias where we measured a minimum pressure of 976.2 mb. We were getting hellacious winds right after this at the beach on Hwy 2378. There is nothing in this world like standing out in the winds, completely exposed to the ocean, and experiencing the wrath of a hurricane.
