Two months ago, an elderly man called to ask how much I charged to attend a funeral. It’s something I do between other jobs. Usually, a family expects a small turnout and wants a few extra people there. I told him it was $100. “Would that cover staying until the end?” Usually, yes. I asked whose funeral it was. “Mine. The funeral home will call you when it’s time.” He said his wife was gone and he lived alone. He wasn’t sure how many people would come. “You don’t have to pretend you knew me,” he added. “I’d just like someone to be sitting there.” I took the booking. Six weeks later, I arrived at a small chapel just before dusk. His photograph stood on the coffin. There were a few younger people scattered among the chairs. I checked the time and silenced my phone.

I know much will be made about Miami winning in double overtime over Florida State, but October 17 was all about SURVIVE AND ADVANCE in college football across the entire country. We witnessed a historic weekend of chaos, with more AP Top 10 teams losing than on any other weekend in college football history. Miami, however, found a way to survive. Was it pretty? Absolutely not. And there are obviously things this Miami team needs to clean up moving forward. The Hurricanes made mistakes, failed to capitalize on opportunities, and allowed Florida State to hang around in a game they had chances to put away. Those are things that will need to be addressed, especially as the competition gets tougher and the stakes continue to rise. But there’s also something to be said about finding a way to win when things aren’t going your way. Good teams aren’t always going to play their best football. There will be games where execution isn’t sharp, where the opponent plays above expectations, and where adversity forces you to respond. Miami was tested. Miami was pushed. And Miami answered the call. Hats off to Florida State, too. The Seminoles fought tremendously throughout that game, and considering the deeper, systemic issues surrounding that program, it’s a pretty fascinating situation. For all the problems Florida State has dealt with, that team showed up in Miami and competed with a level of urgency and determination that deserves recognition. Speaking with several Miami contingents after the game, the sentiment was very much a level of respect for what Florida State did on Saturday. That doesn’t excuse Miami’s shortcomings. You can acknowledge that Florida State played a tremendous game while also recognizing that Miami has plenty to improve upon. Both things can be true. At this point in the season, style points are nice, but they’re not nearly as important as continuing to stack wins. Just look around the country at what happened to several teams that weren’t fortunate enough to escape this weekend. Miami still has work to do. Nobody should pretend otherwise. I am certain they will have one of the toughest weeks of practice under Mario Cristobal if you understand how things operate in Coral Gables. But the Hurricanes are still standing, and on a weekend when so many other giants fell, that is what matters. 1-0

WE ARE HERE imho !! I believe we’re currently at the first sign of extreme fear. We haven’t seen anything close to the euphoria of 1999, when almost every stock was rocketing higher in a vertical frenzy. 2026 is simply not comparable to 1999. I lived through that market, and nothing today comes close. Anyone claiming otherwise either wasn’t born yet, was still in school, or had never actually invested $SPY $IWM $NDX The Nasdaq Composite rose roughly 84–86% in 1999 alone. The Nasdaq had dozens of days with 2%+ moves. Momentum was so strong that even pullbacks of 10–15% were quickly bought. 1999 and 2026 tech valuations are not comparable. Valuations were extreme. The Nasdaq traded at well over 100× earnings, currently Nasdaq companies trade at multiples that are a fraction of the 1999/2000 Nasdaq would need to rise roughly another 65% from today’s levels by the end of December to be comparable to 1999 Cut the nonsense and send this to your gurus who clearly never traded in 1999.

We are officially in the Bear trap phase of this AI supercycle boom… This is the true first extreme fear sign we’ve seen during this rally. Comparable to the dot-com bubble, 2026 is trading like 1999 with 2000 as the peak which means we squeeze into Q2 2027. If you missed out on the AI rally this may be your last chance to join before it’s forever gone. Targets for S&P 500 in 2027 is $10,000. Don’t miss out…

🚨 WARNING: MONDAY WILL BE AN ABSOLUTE BLOODBATH!! All market bubbles shared the same red flags: → Rising inflation → Surging oil prices → Growing stress in bond markets And next week, history will repeat again. Nifty Fifty Collapse (1972) → −50% Japan Crash (1989) → −56% Dot-com Bubble (1999) → −22% AI Bubble (2026) → −??% Keep in mind: I’ve spent over 10 years studying markets and calling major tops and bottoms. My next public call will be posted here first. Follow and turn on notifications. Don’t become exit liquidity.

IS A BLACK MONDAY CRASH COMING TOMORROW? Many people are calling for a crash at tomorrow’s market open for these reasons. - Oil is above $100. - AI perps are crashing. - Bank stocks are dumping. - VIX is at a 4-month high. - Bond yields are surging. - Inflation is running hot. - War and geopolitical uncertainty are rising. - Rumours around the AI fund getting blown out are spreading. And coincidentally, the Black Monday crash in 1987 happened on 19th October, and tomorrow is also 19th October. And here’s what happened during the last Black Monday crash: - The US stock market crashed 22% in a single day, wiping out $500 billion. - Global stock markets lost over $1.7 trillion. - The Fed had to inject liquidity to calm the markets. The last Black Monday crash was caused only by rising rates and trade deficit concerns. This time, the market is a lot more mature, and such a massive crash isn’t possible because of circuit breakers. That doesn’t mean a dump can’t happen, but a full-blown crash like the one in 1987 is a bit extreme.
