5/6 Fast forward to now: the challenges haven't changed. Difficult parents are still difficult. Budget pressures remain. Staffing issues haven't magically resolved.
But they're handling it differently. Making decisions faster. Sleeping better. Present when they're home.

You're exhausted because you're scared to set boundaries.

9/10 The question isn't whether you're committed. You wouldn't be reading this if you weren't.
The question is: what are you actually committed to?
Being seen as endlessly available? Or being effective over the long term?
You can't be both.
