The Legacy Media… Employees: 250,000 Annual revenue: $60 billion And it took a brave kid in a hoodie with a microphone and X to expose billions in taxpayer fraud. EVSC (Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation) Curriculum In this episode, the issue of curriculum is discussed regarding the trades, artificial intelligence, and the arts 🎭. The Social Emotional Learning (SEL) was a colossal failure, resulting in subsidies for mental health professionals to infiltrate the lives of our students. The issue of supply and demand should determine the curriculum to be offered; not the agenda of bureaucrats and lobbyists. #StudentSuccess #evsc1 #evansvilleindiana #Indiana #schoolchoice @EVSC1 @WNIN @indianagop @INGOP @INDems @GovBraun @CentralBearsCHS @EvansvilleWatch

INDIANA - EVANSVILLE SUBJECT: FLOCK CAMERAS Vanderburgh County Sheriff, Evansville City Police, and Vanderburgh County Prosecutor advocating and attempting to justify the police state to the Rotary Club of Evansville. Many municipalities are abandoning the Flock cameras for documented violation of 4th Amendment rights; not Vanderburgh County......the Evansville City Council just appropriated $182,000 for MORE flock cameras. Where is the Indiana Legislators on this issue important to Hoosiers? These "elected" officials in Evansville have security bonds issued in regards to possible malfeasance of office. @Indy_reporter_ @EvansvilleWatch @LGMicahBeckwith @MicahBeckwith @GovBraun @SenatorBanks @tmhuston @Jamie4INgov @Indy_reporter_ @MaxForIndiana @AGToddRokita @indianagop @INGOP @INDems @therealDeFlock

SMR (SMALL MODULAR REACTORS) Paid by Hoosiers upfront, whether the project proceeds. The Indiana Legislators knowingly approved SB 424. Senate Bill 424 (SB 424) is a 2025 Indiana law that authorizes public utilities to incur project development costs for small modular nuclear reactors (SMRs) before obtaining final regulatory approval. Signed into law by Governor Mike Braun on April 10, 2025, the legislation allows utilities to petition the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) to recover these costs through periodic rate adjustments. Key provisions of SB 424 include: Cost Recovery Mechanism: Utilities can recover 80% of approved project development costs through an approved rate schedule, while the remaining 20% is deferred for recovery in the next general rate case. Approval Timeline: The IURC must issue a final order approving or denying a petition within 180 days of receiving the complete case. Risk Allocation: The law permits the recovery of reasonable and necessary costs even if the SMR project is canceled or not completed, provided the IURC finds the decision was prudently made. Expiration: These provisions are set to expire on July 1, 2035. Critics, including the Citizens Action Coalition, argue that SB 424 forces captive utility customers to absorb all financial risks and costs associated with SMR development, contradicting earlier statements by the Governor regarding risk-sharing. The bill was authored by Senator Brian Buchanan with co-authors Senator Andy Zay and Senator Stacey Donato. Senate Bill 424 in Indiana allows utilities to charge customers for pre-construction costs of small modular nuclear reactors, even if the projects are never completed. This legislation aims to support the energy needs of data centers but has raised concerns about increased costs for consumers. Roll call in comments🔽

POSEY COUNTY - INDIANA Amazon is hosting an open house for residents of Posey County. According to Amazon officials, the company is still in the very early exploratory phases and is hoping to provide residents with a place to ask questions about its interest in the region and how it approaches data center development, while allowing Amazon to hear directly from community members about their priorities and concerns. As we previously reported, the majority of residents who have been speaking out at public meetings concerning data centers in Posey County are opposed to the development. The open house is set to take place on Thursday, Oct. 22, at the 4H Community Center in New Harmony, from 4 to 7 p.m. Keith Klein, director of data center supply solutions, released the following statement: “We’re in the exploratory stages of whether Posey County could be the right fit for a future data center, and we’re hosting an open house now because we want residents to be part of that conversation from the beginning. We’ve committed to showing up earlier, not using NDAs with the government agencies we work with on our projects, and creating more opportunities for local residents to shape our investments in the community. This open house is a first step, and we look forward to continuing the conversation as our plans evolve.” @EvansvilleINGov @Jamie4INgov @MicahBeckwith @LGMicahBeckwith @JimTomes49 @indianagop @AndrewIrelandIN

INDIANA - EVANSVILLE Ongoing money laundering probe with the Evansville Water Department. 💧Public water. Public dollars. Public answers.💧 At the Oct. 6, 2026 Evansville Water & Sewer Utility board meeting, EWSU's Director of Planning asked for approval of $560,491 in additional work on a 2022 contract to design a new surface water treatment plant. That contract began at $2.5 million. After a rate increase, it grew by $5.1 million. With this addition, it totals nearly **$8.2 million**, for a plant that will never be built. Cost estimates topped $350 million, and the utility has shifted to a new groundwater plant and renovations to the South Water Treatment Plant. Director Shawn Wright explained that approving the work "allows us to close that project out, have 100% of the design, use all the infrastructure and stuff that we've paid for so that we can use it in other stuff with that." Board member Karma Johnson asked him to be specific about the "stuff." "We're doing a lot of enhancement, so we're doing a lot of things," Johnson said. "But again, we are not being shown how all this is moving." Afterward, Executive Director Vic Kelson told 14 News that the design work included a seismic study that will benefit multiple projects and helped the utility decide what not to pursue. That is a meaningful explanation, and it's the kind of detail ratepayers should hear in public, in the meeting, when the question is asked. Planning work can hold lasting value even when a project changes course. But when a contract grows more than threefold, "stuff" isn't an accounting. Ratepayers fund this system, and they deserve to see what they bought, what can be reused, and where the money goes next. Transparency isn't opposition. It's how public trust is earned. TOPIC : INDIANA’S CHOICE SCHOLARSHIP (VOUCHERS) Currently EVSC (Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation) has 21,589 enrolled students. Vanderburgh County Parents are using 3,651 vouchers outside of the government schools by accessing private or parochial education. Hear my comments on the benefit of vouchers and forcing accountability and transparency upon the failing public school system in the State of Indiana and particularly in the third largest School Corporation in Vanderburgh County. I’m an advocate exclusively for the Student, Parent, Teacher, and Taxpayer. My allegiance does not confirm with the Corporation usurping parental rights. I’m Ken Colbert running for school board trustee in District 2. I assure you, there will be accessibility, and frequent communication on the good, the bad, and the ugly of the School “Corporation” #Indiana #eisforeveryone #Evansville #vouchers #SchoolChoice @Indy_reporter_ @GovBraun @MicahBeckwith @LGMicahBeckwith @EVSC_Athletics @EVSC1 @WNIN @SenatorBanks @SecJennerIN

INDIANA - EVANSVILLE Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation Trustees are allowing foreign owned company to infiltrate public education in Evansville, Indiana. The Board is NOT listening to Parents, Students, or Taxpayers. They have an agenda and are knowingly allowing this influence. The Evansville-Vanderburgh School Corporation (EVSC) utilizes digital learning and online course options—including the EVSC Virtual Academy—which partner with platforms like Imagine Learning (incorporating former programs like Edgenuity) to provide K–12 online courseware, digital curriculum, and supplemental instruction. Key Connection Details • Virtual Academy & Course Access: EVSC uses online courseware and vendor solutions (such as Imagine Learning / Edgenuity) approved through programs like the Indiana Course Access Portal (iCAP) to deliver flexible K–12 online pathways. • Curriculum & Tools: Imagine Learning provides digital courseware, core math and ELA curricula (such as Illustrative Mathematics or EL Education), and supplemental programs like Imagine Language & Literacy or Imagine MyPath. • Student Access: Students typically log into their digital curriculum via single-sign-on platforms like Clever or through the Imagine Learning Login Portal using district credentials or site codes. At first, I was shocked to learn Texas was importing English Teachers from India, but what I’ve just learned is even worse. TEXAS TAXPAYERS ARE PAYING MILLIONS TO AN EDUCATION COMPANY DEVELOPING AMERICAN SCHOOL CURRICULUM IN INDIA and Indiana is using the same company. And the deeper I dig, the worse this looks. Imagine Learning says it serves 18 MILLION students, 38,000+ U.S. schools and HALF of all American school districts. I’ve identified more than $7.7 MILLION in Texas district contracts, purchasing authorizations and payment records. Imagine Learning is recruiting workers in Bengaluru to develop American K–12 curriculum. Not just software engineers, not customer support but CURRICULUM ARCHITECTS, INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNERS, ENGLISH LANGUAGE ARTS MANAGERS. People in India are developing American K–12 reading lessons, writing assignments, literature questions, essay prompts, assessments and materials “aligned with U.S. state education standards.” They’re even recruiting managers to oversee curriculum design decisions and AI-assisted lesson development. We’re talking about the actual educational content being created for American children and this goes FAR beyond one office. INFOSYS publicly announced TWO AI-first delivery centers for Imagine Learning in Chandigarh and Pune, supporting product engineering, business systems and operations. Straive LearningMate also names Imagine Learning as a client for AI-assisted curriculum production, including assessments and content transformation. Its executives describe a relationship spanning more than a decade and the INDIAN GOVERNMENT is celebrating the expansion. Karnataka’s government technology department publicly promoted Imagine Learning’s Bengaluru operation, highlighting AI, data science, engineering and product development. Imagine Learning India executive Ravi Shanker also reported attending a Karnataka government-hosted industry meeting with senior political leadership. But wait, there’s more - look at what Imagine Learning markets to TEXAS schools: 7TH GRADE TEXAS HISTORY. 8TH GRADE U.S. HISTORY. AMERICAN GOVERNMENT. U.S. HISTORY SINCE 1877. ENGLISH LANGUAGE ARTS. A Houston charter school’s Texas Education Agency grant application specifically identified Imagine Learning for seventh-grade Texas History and eighth- and eleventh-grade U.S. History. We’re talking about lessons addressing Texas independence, annexation, the Constitution and the history of our country. WHO is writing those lessons? WHERE are they being developed? Who has final editorial authority? AND THEN THERE’S THE CHILDREN’S DATA. Imagine Learning’s privacy policy says its platforms can collect student names, assessments, writing samples, audio recordings, demographic information, and sensitive indicators including IEP status, foster care and homelessness. The company says personal information is stored and processed in the United States, but it’s also hiring platform and data engineers in India. Can employees or contractors overseas remotely access identifiable student records? Do Infosys or LearningMate personnel have access? What do the Texas contracts actually permit? We have outsourced American jobs, technology and entire industries. Now companies are building offshore operations around the development of lessons for American children - financed by American taxpayers. TEXAS NEEDS A FULL AUDIT OF IMAGINE LEARNING. Every taxpayer dollar, every offshore contractor, every curriculum author, every AI workflow and every very permission to access student data. American parents deserve to know who writes their children’s lessons and who can see their records. How many of you knew OUR children’s curriculum is being developed in India? Imagine having this conversation with Amy Devris; we are not the same. imaginelearning.com/program-… @SecJennerIN @EVSC1 @Indy_reporter_ @P4PIndiana @MicahBeckwith @LGMicahBeckwith @GovBraun
