The Jalen Hurts injury is pretty stunning. I remember on Saturday morning he popped up on the injury report with a “calf” injury and I was like huh? And then he was pretty consistently on the bike when the defense was on the field Sunday. So everything makes sense looking back. I’m not sure what this means for his immediate future, but it’s a pretty scary and wild situation regardless. Heal up, #1. We’ll all be thinking of you. 💚

I’ve been critical of Jalen Hurts this season, but I thought he played well yesterday — especially considering the circumstances. He was far from perfect, but I saw some willingness to make some difficult throws, which I feel like we haven’t seen this year. Hoping he can build on that throughout the rest of the season.
