It's been a great week - we've spoken to lots of patients and hope we've helped remind some of you to keep an eye on your eyes, talk to your optician and to always wash your hands before putting your contact lenses in! #LoveYourLenses

And whilst we are focused on contact lenses this week for #LoveYourLenses, a reminder that you can recycle your used contact lenses and packaging with us - even if you are not a patient of ours!

Another morning reminder! Don't forget to wash your hands before touching your eye... simple but very effective advice, which will help to keep your eyes healthy.

We pride ourselves on offering our patients great service and continual aftercare. If you feel you need some more advice, or have any questions, about looking after your lenses, you should get in touch with your optician #LoveYourLenses

Do you wear disposable contact lenses?
