VIDEO: Someone should call the 'Prof. In Practice' Dave Umahi's attention so he can come see his handiwork. Just one vehicle braking down on the bridge and the entire lane is blocked. Even an id!ot would have known that barricade was unnecessary because that entire bridge is meant to take about three vehicles in size. So why put such a barricade? How was that barricade became necessary after 60 years can only be explained by a 'Professor in Practice'.
The only reason they did that is to mislead the people that they are working and use it as an avenue to steal.
