Before some will claim that it was their “white colleague” at work who played a part in the change, let me put it out here that we have notified the SSHD of our intention to challenge the restrictions on dependants of skilled workers sponsored in RQF Level 3 - 5 Occupation (HC 997, in force 22 July 2025) recently applied harshly to UK Born Children and children who arrived in the UK legally and currently in school. The SSHD has 14 days to respond as to her position or we test the legality of the Policy before our court.
