1/2 @KLM What is going on? Usually a happy customer, but the other day I phoned to change a return from the 20th to the 26th. After paying a penalty fee, it was all done. Later we see in the app that it's the 25th? I called back but they say I should've called earlier?

2/2 @KLM Now we can only change it to the original 26th if we pay a huge fee? What is that? The new date messes with our plans and we didn't even get a confirmation email. I expected more.. I got told you are recording the phone calls so listen back maybe? Please help out
