I have officially moved all AI work to Grok and Grok Bots.
ChatGPT, Dot, Claude, Gemini, and Muse have all been shelved until further notice.
Everybody's arguing about which AI is best.
I hired all of them.
Claude runs construction.
ChatGPT handles ideas.
Dot runs my life in the background.
The Grok Bots are the specialists.
Two years ago I had a to-do list.
Now I have a staff that never sleeps and gets smarter every week.
The future is fucking awesome.
🤖 Made with AI
Having an AI executive assistant is fucking wild.
I tell Dot what I need and walk away. It follows up on emails, keeps my calendar sane, chases down answers, and knocks out all the little stuff I'd normally put off for a week.
It gets better every day because it learns how I work.
This is the closest thing to a real-life Jarvis I've ever had.
Anyone who says the value of AI for small business owners is overhyped immediately loses credibility with me.
They either do not understand AI, do not understand business, or have not seriously tried to combine the two.
AI is the ultimate amplifier.
When I work with people who struggle to go to the gym, I often hear:
“I hate…”
“I don’t like…”
“It’s hard for me to…”
The best way to stay disciplined with fitness and nutrition is to create a program designed specifically for you as an individual.
Specific movements, sets, reps, frequency, intensity, etc. can all be highly effective across a wide range of variability as long as true effort is applied.
People need to replace things they don’t like with things they enjoy more, so they stay more consistent.
When consistency happens, results follow.

The highest focus of life should be to maximize your life force however and whenever possible.
When your daily choices and behavior are centered around increasing vitality, every other area of your life improves as a result.
Most men walk through life unarmed. Not because they don’t have strength—but because they never sharpen it.
Discipline is that edge.
It’s the weapon forged in quiet mornings, in cold showers, in workouts you didn’t want to do.
It’s annoying and self-defeating for a man to always speak with caveats. High quality people do not respect a man who communicates that way.
Always speak confidently about your opinions, while still keeping an open mind.
This is the winning approach.
If you aren’t living your own plan for your own life—you are living someone else’s.
Live true to your own vision and never stop taking action towards building it into your reality.
Normalize never lying for any reason, unless it’s for your survival or someone else’s survival.
If you aren’t strong enough to live with strict standards of integrity, you don’t deserve a good life.
All growth requires courage.
All courage requires hope.
All hope requires the belief that something is possible.
That voice in your head telling you you’re not good enough?
That you’re a fraud?
Every man who’s ever tried to rise above the ordinary has faced that same voice.
I’ve heard it.
All men have heard it.
It whispers that you don’t belong. That it’s only a matter of time before the world finds out you’re not who you say you are.
But here’s the truth—it’s a lie.
Imposter syndrome doesn’t show up because you’re failing. It shows up because you’re growing.
It’s the price of pushing past limits. The sign that you’re stepping into new territory.
Men who never challenge themselves never feel it. Only those on the edge of their next evolution do.
So, when that voice starts again, don’t shrink back. Lean in. Keep going. You’re exactly where you’re supposed to be.
Remember—doubt isn’t a stop sign…
It’s a compass pointing to your next level.
Your standards dictate your habits.
Your habits dictate your mindset.
Your mindset dictates your destiny.
The man who refuses to break his standards is the man who cannot be broken.
