No bueno @Iberia! A canceled flight with overnight stay jn Madrid, rescheduled flight to JFK (not EWR) that our luggage didn’t make. Long line and only 1 Iberia employee taking claims.
3 months since I returned @verizonfios equipment and to an authorized @verizon store. Since then, threats and being charged for it. Multiple attempts with #customerservice to rectify your error. 1 month ago, assured that the credit would be made. But it wasn’t.
#juracoffee 5 month old #giga10 has issues. Calls with 3 reps and 2 hung up on me. #coffeemachine must be shipped to be serviced. Poor #UserExperience #CustomerServiceFail #buyersremorse
Canceling. No reason. Horrible way to conduct b2b. No empowerment to #customerservice to assist. @westelm
@BestBuy FAIL. Bought 1st refrigerator. BROKEN. Replacement Refrigerator. BROKEN. 60 day policy is backdated before receiving 2nd Refrigerator. HELP.
For an exist @emtek_products entry set - to make it a #smartlock - surprise! You have to throw it away and buy a completely brand new empowered entry set. Why? And why be #brandloyal then?
Hey @sonos! Huge missed opportunity that new #era300 can’t be @dolby #atmos surround speakers AND use the native line-in for #vinylrecords turntable without un-grouping/grouping on the app.

Imagine being so Christian that you opt to vote for a man who reportedly committed violence against his family, fathered multiple children with different women, paid for an abortion and was absent as a father - rather than vote for a reverend who studied and taught Christianity!

I’m just curious why it’s age appropriate for kids k-5 to learn about hiding under desks and not that sometimes people have two dads.

Hey @Apple! Still having issues having to #signin to #appleid multiple times a day on multiple devices. How do you make it stop? Unsafe when driving and can’t see the #navigation. Frustrating when paying for #appleplus & #itunes content. Not the first time trying to solve.
