Man I used alcohol as liquid courage in my younger years, drunken bravado, when all I was doing was suffering with an intoxicated ego with unresolved traumas
That’s probably the most descriptive way I can say how I started my drinking
Now I’m a confident fella on my own sober whim. This Wednesday is my 19 months
Today I will not drink.
Look how proud I looked. Sold 6 copies
🔥 The wheat goes gold. The war never agreed to stay buried. 🌾
The wheat at Ky’thaal Sek goes gold the way a held breath goes gold.
Jyteek Rhalen has watched that field for eighteen years. It has never once looked like a future.
A recruiting banner promises pay, training, and return-rights.
Two dusk-blood farm kids sign. They walk straight into living keels, a plate that looks back, and the thing the peace was supposed to have finished.
Ash remembers fire.
The loft refuses.
The count walks.

A spiritual life and a sober life do not have to mean a religious life.
Most fanatics can't live up to their talk and nobody walks to walk perfectly.
My trust in my higher power that I choose to call God it's sufficient.
If I don’t post for 3 days then it’s most likely wow but I have gone a whole day without posting but lately I’m on the post wagon
A chance to post my alcohol free journey and it’s amazing the support I’ve gotten. I published my book and I can easily market my product. It’s awesome 😎
What kind of male void likes to kick his own face
Hey bro whatever makes you happy
#CatsOnX
@grok he’s happy as you can tell
Love it when the voids stare at you back and love you. They are the voids filling my void
Up at 0442 wide awake bright eyed and bushy tailed. Gonna go to work at 0615. The music was good. Pregame the day on a better mindset. Sobriety taught me these useful things. My 19 months from alcohol is Wednesday
Work is 0700-1500
I will avoid my phone 📱 I will be riding as passenger and I will check my phone here and there but my day is work not phone 📱
Daily Reflections 10/26/26
Bible App Verse of the Day
Step 3 of the 12 Steps is:
“Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of God as we understood Him.”
It’s the step where you decide to stop trying to run everything yourself and hand the direction of your life over to a higher power (whatever that means to you).
I need to be 100% with God. With my contempt I’m 95% and my 5% skeptical alcoholic side plays games but then my sober strength from God grips the beast and I tamed a monster inside me with God because I worshipped alcohol and not God
Be 100% with God
At least I am.
If you’re agnostic // atheist then my best advice for Higher Power is remember this universe is a higher power bigger than us, let the universe shine your power to quit drinking: I’m not saying God is required but have something that empowers you
Let the Fellowship help you
You’re not alone pal
I thought I was until this
These tables give me more peace than the harm one beer was giving me.
I found freedom from this program
How can anyone in their shattered world turn a depressed world into a masterpiece and solid ending. Not everyone has a good ending. I’m even pained by those who don’t make it. What saved my life was sobering up, clinging onto cats, doing substance abuse therapy and graduating it, going to AA. How I departed from my normalized suffering, drinking, I spent 14 years with it from 21-35 and now this Wednesday will be my 19 months and sometimes my breath gets heavier and heavier that I made it this far. Beautiful journey. Alcohol took a toll. Sobriety is easy and I can feel good in life. I’m living my best life 🔥
